Eco-story’s average return on investment of 1.5 years already stands on its own as an incredible investment opportunity.  Imagine if you could improve your ROI to less than one year!?  Many states are offering very aggressive rebate options for commercial installations of LED lighting.  Some of these rebates equal 50% or more of the cost of LED installation.  We recently installed approximately 300 LED lights in a large high end retail store.  Based on the reduced wattage of our LED lights the customer was initially expecting a 1.5 year payback.  Subsequently, the state utility kicked in a 50% rebate pushing the customers return on investment to just shy of eight months.  States are starting to see how great an impact LEDs can have on reducing electricity usage and, in turn, are ramping up their rebate programs to promote the use of LED lights in commercial applications.
